Unless you are returning a faulty product, the product must be returned in perfect working order. If you have used the device, please ensure you have wiped it clean.

If you purchased your Revitive Circulation Booster from one of our retailers including Boots, Argos, Lloydspharmacy, or Amazon, please contact them directly in the first instance.
However, if there is a fault with your Circulation Booster and your device is within warranty, please contact our support team on 0800 014 6377 to arrange a repair.
We offer a 3-Year Warranty on the Revitive Medic, Medic Knee, Coach, and ProHealth and a 2-Year Warranty on the Revitive Essential when purchased directly from us.
We also offer a 2-Year Warranty on devices purchased from retailers including Boots, Argos, Lloydspharmacy, or Amazon.
The warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and functionality.
Whether your device was purchased from another retailer, or you purchased directly from us, please contact our support team on 0800 014 6377 to arrange a repair or replacement* of your device, free of charge.
Please note: You will be asked to provide proof of purchase in order to process your return.
*Replacement is subject to inspection and will be offered if the device cannot be repaired.
If your Circulation Booster is faulty but is outside of its warranty period, we offer a repair service for a £75 fee, applicable to all areas of the UK.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be issued within 3 - 5 working days.
There is a £7.99 collection fee for all Aerosure or Ultralieve returns. This charge will be deducted from the total refund amount issued back to you.
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on devices that have been unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot accept the return of Aerosure or Ultralieve after 14 days of purchase, or if the seal on the packaging has been broken, unless the product is faulty.
