Revitive $5000 Giveaway Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Actegy Ltd, ABN 90 096 889 664, located at 4/1 Newspaper Place, Maroochydore BC, QLD 4558, Australia. The "Prize" refers to one of five Gift Cards with the face value of $1000 each.

1. Promotional Period

• Entries Open: 01/03/2025 at 12:00am AEST
• Entries Close: 06/04/2025 at 11:59pm AEST

2. Draw Details

• Draw Location - 4/1 Newspaper Place, Maroochydore BC, QLD 4558, Australia.
• Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.

3. Winner Announcement: One winner will be drawn every week for 5 weeks. Winners names and state will be announced on Revitive Australia’s Facebook & Instagram pages: https://www.facebook.com/RevitiveAustralia & https://www.instagram.com/revitive_australia/. By participating in this competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the competition, including the publication of their name and state.

4. Claiming Prizes

Winners will be notified by email within two business days and must claim their prize by replying to the notification email with their full name and postal address by 13/05/2025 at 4:00pm AEST. Failure to provide the required information by this time may result in forfeiture of the prize. If prizes are not claimed by 13/05/2025 at 4:00pm AEST, a redraw will be held for those unclaimed prizes. If a winner is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and a redraw will be conducted. Prizes will be sent via email to the email address provided at entry registration.

If a prize remains unclaimed after the redraw on 14/05/2025, The Promoter may, in its discretion, deal with the unclaimed prize in any manner it sees fit, subject to any requirements of relevant legislation.

5. Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who have purchased a new Revitive Circulation Booster. Purchase must be made in Australia from a participating Australian retailer or website to be eligible. Refurbished devices are not eligible for entry. Employees of The Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Devices purchased through NDIS or age care packages are not eligible to participate.

6. How to Enter

To enter, purchase a new Revitive Circulation Booster between 01/03/2025 & 06/04/2025. Customers who purchase online at revitive.com/au and opt-in to participate will automatically go into the draw. Customers who purchase from other participating Australian retailers or websites, other than revitive.com/au, will need to complete the entry form online and upload proof of purchase at http://www.revitive.com/au/promotions to go into the draw. Acceptable proof of purchase includes a clear scan or photograph of the original purchase receipt or tax invoice showing the date of purchase, the product purchased, price of purchase and the retailer's name. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Entrants must retain their proof of purchase until after the competition closes and all winners are announced.

7. Entries Permitted

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entrants can only win once. Winners’ names will be removed from the draw once they have been announced.

8. Prize Description

Total prize pool $5000 =

5 x $1000 Gift Cards. 1x $1000 gift card per winner. 1x winner drawn every week for five weeks.

9. Further Terms and Conditions

i. The Promoter is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the competition or as a result of participation, including technical issues, errors, or omissions.

ii. By participating in this competition, you acknowledge that:

    • You release Facebook from any and all liability related to this competition.

iii. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

iv. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry that is incomplete, illegible, invalid or otherwise does not comply with these terms and conditions. The decision of The Promoter is final, subject to any requirements of relevant legislation. The promotion may be withdrawn at any time.

v. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

vi. The Promoter’s liability to any entrant or winner is limited to the total value of the prize pool.

vii. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of equal value if circumstances beyond their control prevent them from awarding the advertised prize.

viii. This competition is governed by the laws of Australia.

ix. By participating in this competition, you consent to receive marketing emails from Actegy Ltd (The Promoter) about our products and promotions. These emails may include newsletters and special offers. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in each email, or by contacting us directly at [email protected].
